Home Grown Brands Australia products carry a lifetime warranty limited to the original purchaser for its normal life against faults in manufacturing,
materials or workmanship. Misuse and fair wear and tear precluded. To maintain the warranty on Scuba equipment and Spearguns, you must have the
products serviced every 12 months from purchase date, by a technician qualified to service Home Grown Brands Australia Scuba equipment and Spearguns.

LIFETIME WARRANTY What is covered
This Home Grown Brands Australia warranty covers to the original owner a limited lifetime guarantee against manufacturing, materials or workmanship.
All parts including hoses where applicable are covered for a period of 12 months.

What is not covered
Damages or failure due to fair wear and tear are not covered. This warranty will not be upheld or parts replaced resulting from misuse, neglect, excessive
external abrasion, alteration, loss or unauthorised repairs. Consumables and normal annual service maintenance and parts are not covered by this warranty.

How may defects be corrected
Complying with the warranty Home Grown Brands Australia will either repair or replace parts or products at their discretion with the same or similar component.
The cost of labour and freight are not covered by this warranty. When returning a product, please enclose a photocopy of your service record.

Note: Repair or replacement of defective products, parts or accessories are your sole remedy under this warranty IN NO EVENT SHALL Home Grown Brands
Australia BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.


Regulation 90 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for
a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the
goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
1. The product remains the property of the original purchaser.
2. Proof of purchase from an authorised Home Grown Brands Australia Dealer must accompany the goods returned for service, eg warranty card or sales docket.
3. Goods will normally be repaired. However they may be exchanged if deemed appropriate by the Home Grown Brands Australia.
4. Replacement of goods by a reseller without prior approval from a Home Grown Brands Australia Representative is at the re-seller’s cost.
5. Failure due to neglect, damage, misuse or fair wear and tear is not warranted.
6. Repair or replacement of defective products, parts or accessories is your sole remedy under this warranty, in no event shall
Home Grown Brands Australia Pty Ltd be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
